CriticalThe rooms were not kept clean. Mold in the toilets and dirt on the floor. The owners were nice enough but my mother said they were too controlling. Treated residents badly and too religious. Laundry was misplaced often. The people that worked there were not qualified to do their jobs, just family members of the owners. I would not recommend.

CriticalThey try but fall short on cleanliness and many other areas. They claim not to charge extra but they do. They even charge you for a window air conditioning unit. Also charge for cable tv. They have no qualified nursing staff which was a big concern.

PositiveClean and friendly staff. Prompt response if you have a question either via phone call or email. My brother has had no complaints about the food. The activities are limited, but they do take him to a senior center. I would recommend Fulmer's Personal Care Home to others looking.

PositiveFulmer's Personal Care Home is a wonderful facility. This is a family run facility. It has a very nice atmosphere. And several of the employees have been there for a long time. For example, a mother and her daughters work there together. That is what has stuck out the most to us.
