PositiveSo far, very pleased after 3 months
I had already heard good things about Garden Plaza from a friend whose mother lived there and the process has been very smooth getting my loved one settled there. The ambassador program really helped her get acclimated and feel welcomed and she can be social or alone and both are fine. The housekeeping services are amazing and no complaints about the food. We are both very happy with our decision to move to Garden Plaza.

PositiveDecent choice, but not without issues
It's probably the least expensive place in the area, but definitely needs work. The transportation isn't always dependable. You have to be at the dining room as soon as they open 11:30 and 4:30 because they will run out of food. The Sunday buffet really isn't geared for people with IBS or other food issues. The apartments are a nice size. Housekeeping seems to keep the apartment clean. The laundry service for towels and sheets is great. Turnover of staff and the vacant positions is probably the same for many places…
