I was a true advocate for my father and because I was I feel his care was good. I got to know the director of the marketing director the director of the food service I mean it was very easy to know these people I felt it at times it was necessary. I think they suffered from the same thing that a lot of places suffered from which is a lot of turnover with nursing aids, etc. but outside of that, I think it's a good place. Ruth was very friendly, supportive and helpful. The facility was nice, clean and in line with what I am looking for.

Our Experience

My wife is in the memory care. All of the aids are very respectful. They never give orders to the patients, but ask "do you want to sit here", "are you through with your meal", etc. They seem to be aware that all of the folks were, in earlier years, young married, new mothers, had careers and were not having memory issues. I watched a big, tall young worker gently take the hand of a confused person and slowly lead them to a seat. I would rate them 5 stars, (the best). The food should be rated 4 1/2 to a 5. The work…

Greedy ownership operates this facility on a shoestring budget. Incredible staff turnover, low morale, none exultant supervision of care staff, are [name removed] some of the significant deficiencies noted. Laundry service is disgustingly. Residential grade washers and dryers are often out of service and on many occasions we noted no detergent available but that didn’t stop staff from running the washers. , Resident rooms and common areas mopped with dirty water.
