PositiveWhat a pretty place! [name removed] was amazing and so kind. The staff was very kind! The distance was a factor. If not we felt very good about Ivy Springs. Blessings to the staff and residents!

PositiveI was a true advocate for my father and because I was I feel his care was good. I got to know the director of the marketing director the director of the food service I mean it was very easy to know these people I felt it at times it was necessary. Residential grade washers and dryers are often out of service and on many occasions we noted no detergent available but that didn’t stop staff from running the washers. , Resident rooms and common areas mopped with dirty water. Incontinent residents are very infrequently checked …
