Care Types Offered Retirement (Independent) Living: For those who need a little extra help and not the full gamut of services offered in our assisted living program, Garden Villas of Lenexa features Catered Services provided by qualified caregivers from a local Home Health Private Service Company. This convenient program offers a generous array of a-la-carte services such as assistance with bathing, dressing, medication set-ups and more. Assisted Living Our all-inclusive Assisted Living program compliments Retirement (Independent) Living with a beautiful spacious apartment and compassionate, consistent caregiving staff available to provide personalized care tailored to meet the individualized needs of each resident. Additional services include, but are not limited to: •Specially trained staff available 24-hours a day to promote and encourage independence •Three nutritious meals per day served restaurant style •Delicious snack options available 24-hours a day •Registered Dietitian available to assist with menu planning and special dietary needs •Assistance with bathing and personal grooming •Daily monitoring of well-being according to each residents’ Individualized Service Plan to include reminders about meals, activity programs, appointments and medications – plan is updated as personal preferences and needs change •Medication Management by a licensed Nurse and administered by state licensed Medication Aides •Medication review performed every other month (or as needed/requested) by a Pharmacist specialized in long-term care •In-house escort service to meals and activities •Additional daily light housekeeping, linen service and bed-making •Personal Laundry service Level II •Hands-on, comprehensive assistance according to detailed Individualized Service Plan •Assistance with incontinence management •Ambulation and mobility assistance •Individualized evacuation plan per regulatory guidelines Enriched Memory Care – (Coming Soon) In addition, our assisted living community features a secure Enriched Memory Care Program to ensure residents who have cognitive impairments receive the patient, loving support they deserve in a safe and like-home environment.
