It is a great place for him overall. Only thing to consider is the area. It's not a very good area. But as far as financially it was a great move. The staff is fantastic. I thought you had to be 55+ to live here, but I see a lot of people that look much too young to be living here. My neighbors upstairs are very noisy. Fire alarm goes off often overnight. Apartments are kind of small for the price we pay.
