We were told the facility had staff to handle my mother-in-law’s ostomy, but that has not been the case. We have had to change home health companies multiple times because the facility staff was managing it too frequently and not effectively. The community itself is clean and does not have any odor, though it is not always as polished as expected. Every time I call, I talk to [name removed] or [name removed] and we always have great conversations and work so well together. They’re super sweet and care so much. There’s never any issues and if there is a concern then we work together to figure out a solution.

When I brought my family member, I was surprised at how quaint the place was. When I met with the staff, they were all I would hope for in people taking care of my family.
