★★★★★
PositiveStaff is nice but the team they have at the front desk could use a little more training. Kitchen and dining room wait staff are wonderful. Exercise classes are good and the pool is wonderful. Happy hour on Thursdays has really good entertainment and they offer beer and wine. Apartment is small but has big full kitchen and nice size bathroom bedroom and shower.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Landings at Gentry Park Independent Living is a warm, welcoming facility. My apartment is the perfect size. The staff is very attentive. They learn the name of each resident. There are a variety of daily activities with outings each week. The food is delicious - made to order at each meal. The facility is very clean. Maintenance is always responsive and housekeeping cleans each unit weekly. I'm very thankful for the guidance provided by A Place For Mom in my search for my new home.
★★★★★
PositiveMy first impression remains my overall impression. It is absolutely stunning to walk into The Landings at Gentry. Reception was spot on, my tour started with a sit down lunch with greetings from numerous residents who were dining. My tour guy answered my question and concerns with a fresh professionalism. The sales manager then took me to three apartments and overall I felt I could make this my new home. I’m going back with my son to get his nod of approval this week.
★★★★★
PositivePeople are very friendly, both residents and staff. Apartments range from 500 ft to 1100 ft, 2 meals a day, some transportation for med appointments, lots of games, etc.
★★★★★
CriticalThis was me and my husband for first trying independent living. We are very unhappy with the staff and some rules for the Residents and meal. Is very bad also service. We stay only 3 months. We don't know we are going to try another independent living or not at this time. All that 3 months contract We only stayed that place 20 nights.
★★★★★
CriticalI did not tour Gentry Park on the 23td. Instead I met with in a[name removed] conference room for a Q&A session. I did not see an apartment or anything more than the lobby. What I did see was well kept and the staff seemed very friendly.
