Very knowledgeable district director. She did an excellent job with the tour. Facility looked great. I loved the outside area. I was ready to place my husband there in spite of the long drive. However, we did find a wonderful place much closer to home.

It's a smaller facility with only 1 level. Residents become family fast. Sidewalk that goes around facility for nice outside walks.

PositiveMy friend was very well cared for from beginning to end. The facilities were great and the staff were patient and understanding. She was not there very long but went peacefully. I would recommend this home to anyone else in need of care and concern. I also met a friend whose mother was there and had the same opinion as well.

The location of the facility is very close to me and they are taking good care of my mom. The facility is cheaper in crosslake than others. The staff has been very willing to let me know how she's doing and if she's eating.

CriticalUnderstaffed and not trained for Alzheimer's people
I would not recommend anybody to send a relative in there with Alzheimer's or dementia none of the nurses or AIDS have Alzheimer's training they're also very much understaffed and no cleaning staff to speak of
