My mother is in memory care. I know they do the best possible, but I think they should have at least a couple more caregivers on weekends. I feel very comfortable with the overall care and I am positive that they care about each resident and value them and take their individual care seriously and with compassion and attentiveness. Tera Bella is the most awful place to ever put a loved one. Their management purely stinks. They lie they steal. I miss things. My husband's clothes broke his shaver. Lied to me. Never even medicated him right at the end wouldn't bathe him. It was a horrifying and still is and will always be experience for me.
