Grand Brook Memory Care of New Braunfels

[name removed] is phenomenal! She talked to us, listened to our needs and created a plan to bring our Uncle to Texas. We love the facility and the independence and privacy afforded to the residents. We are very excited to have him move in.

Very friendly and clean facility. They were extremely knowledgeable in the care of the patients. Definitely keeping it on my list.

I like the security measures to make sure the residents can't leave or get in other residents rooms. I would definitely recommend to others!

I was very impressed with the time they allotted to answer all my questions & tour the facility. Staff seemed very happy to be there, unlike other venues I’d visited. The facility has tried to capture some of the New Braunfels “feel” within the design, which I liked as well. Definitely a top contender for the needs we have at this time.

It’s so different in the morning and night with the staff

I was visiting my loved one last week and I primarily come in the mornings when I do come, but I decided to come in the evening because I was attending an event that morning. Long story short I was searching for somebody for over an hour. I needed assistance helping my loved ones   in the bed. I recently had surgery so I was unable to do it. I finally saw a little girl come from the one of the offices down where my loved one is so I asked her if she knew where everybody was at. She told me she would go get her mom.…
