Grand Oaks of Palm City

A great place for Mom.

My mother has been living at Grand Oaks in Palm City, Florida, for over seven months now. It’s a wonderful wonderful place. We are extremely happy with the service. She receives, the medical treatment that she receives the food, the Residence and the nursing and physical therapy staff. I can’t say enough. They constantly have great events for the residences to do. My mother has her own apartment there and she is extremely happy and very well taken care of, which is our main concern for my brother and sisters.

Grand Oaks of Palm City review

The smaller resident population in memory care is a great advantage. The overall experience would be closer to a 5 except for some of the techs who just act like they don't want to be there. The medical staff and administrators are very good and most of the techs are also except for a couple.

The experience with the community is excellent. We picked this community because of the location, atmosphere, and cleanliness. I would recommend. It's caring, active, clean, safe, good atmosphere and convenient to shopping, food, and medical. Best decision for mom and her family.

Best option available for family

My loved one, loves the food. The value for the money is pretty standard. I picked this community, because the place is clean, and the they passed the health department test. It's quiet, great staff, good location, secure, beautiful, and it's really nice. My loved one is happy and well taken care of.

The tour guide forgot that we were coming to this community and someone else had to do the tour. The place was nice but they did not have their act together at all and this did not sit right with me.
