PositiveOverall it has been good. It would have been nice to have a sheet explaining procedures such as leaving the facility, trash pickup, housekeeping, telephones etc. The meals that I've seen have been disappointing, but my mom hasn't really complained. My brother was not able to move in as planned. They have allowed her to stay in the 2 bedroom.

PositiveThis is a very clean, updated facility. They offer menu style dining with several choices each day. Rooms are large and spacious and staff is friendly. The only real issue we’ve had is getting someone to answer the phone when we call. There has been some staffing changes and throughout the process, we have at times, had difficulty getting in touch with someone. The bathrooms in the rooms could also use some updating. We requested that my mom’s toilet seat be replaced due to yellowing and discoloration, but no luck …

CriticalMy mother lived in the facility from [dates removed]. The current owners purchased the facility at the end of 2024 and it has not been a positive transition. The Executive Director, who had been there for 5+ years and really made it a caring place, was fired in January. The chef who was lovely left as did others in key positions. The food quality plummeted, the public lighting in the hallways dimmed, the activities were reduced, the laundry and housekeeping became hit or miss and management was distant and unfrie…

It took them over a month for them to get their medical needs taken care of and in wasn't until we had to get the general manager of operations involved to get it done. Communication on laundry and house keeping was not given.. My father has had to do their laundry and only one of the four washer/dryers actually works.. I'm giving …

CriticalI would never recommend this facility to a family member or friend considering how my father was treated and the lack of communication. Very unprofessional.

PositiveThis feedback is based on the past [date removed] that our mother has lived there. The quality of care has varied throughout the past year. Recent turnover of key personnel has rounded this score down. The past 2-3 months the quality of meals has gone down after the departure of the chef. Yes, I would recommend them in spite of my relatively low/average rating. The Executive Director, [name removed], is simply excellent! He is caring, hardworking, hands-on, and empathetic. As such, I can confidently say that he kno…
