Entire staff at GG were fantastic. Easy to work with. Still keep in touch with [name removed]. Care staff were all great. Might add individual housekeeping could've been better. But I know it's an ongoing battle, Attention to detail like making sure they have water,, etc. My Mom was only there a month, She has no recollection of it.

Granite Gate was amazing. Between the staff, who were very kind and always there for you and the food which was soooo good, my mom loved it there. She has sadly passed, but I would recommend Granite Gate to others. I'd live there myself.

CriticalFOR INDEPENDENT LIVING ONLY.
It's a nice enough place if you are TOTALLY INDEPENDENT. Otherwise even if we had paid the extra [amount removed] she would not have received the care needed. They just don't have the staff & caregivers for that many residents. Sad

Positive[name removed] was very knowledgeable and professional. After she explained everything then we toured. A lovely facility. Since I am new to this process I am touring other facilities to get a broader view of them. If there were no money restrictions I would definitely go with this one.

PositiveThe facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. [name removed] answered all of our many questions and was very patient and accommodating. We visited a few days later for a second look and to meet with the health & wellness director and had the same pleasant experience with the staff. Since food has been an issue where my Mom is living now, she let us have a couple meals to experience the food and everything we tried was very good.
