PositiveHighly recommended, amazing staff!
The staff in the place are awesome! The higher managers that are there take comments and suggestions from the residents and they feel like they don't go anywhere. The facilities have very old exercise equipment that is very hard for the residents to be able to get on and off of & they don't feel safe doing so and many have suggested that they updated to modern equipment and that just falls on deaf ears. My dad specifically needs the equipment because his physical therapy just ended and now he doesn't have anything …

Hire back [name removed] and [name removed] Main and I'll come back. This place is awful, management and housekeeping. They don't clean anymore and kitchen door slams in the dining room. Coffee area is dirty my room wasn't vacuumed for 2 weeks.

It was very quick and simple getting everything done and getting my dad moved in, we had the tour and were able to get my dads background and credit checked and all the forms signed all the paperwork all on the same day. The biggest problem I have had, is almost a month after my dad moved in, they had a new person start, her name is [name removed], and she started calling to tell me that they never ran my dads credit and they would need me as a guarantor and I just found that so unprofessional, especially since all…
