Staff were not friendly. Most had a scowl on their face as if they had no joy. There were NO activities for the first 2 months. Then they found someone but residents mentioned coloring was a joke! Food was okay. Fathers ring was stolen off his hand. My dad would say this is not a safe place. It took staff a long time to answer the call button. I was there in the evenings interacting with a few residents. I had hall lights turned off sometimes as early as 7:15. Yelling at residents was observed. My father was over …
