Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They are very concerned about the wellbeing and safety of my Dad. They are taking really good care of him. Overall, this has been a very satisfying and calming experience where the iffy things are more than compensated by the power things. I would move here again in a heartbeat even though this is a faith based organization and I typically am not a person of faith. I love my apartment and have room for my "treasures." I feel like I am well cared for and attended. On a 1 to 10 scale I would give Great Oaks a resounding 10 and would be happy to talk to individuals who need more information.

I give each category a 5. My mother in law has been there a year. She and the whole family love the caregivers. They are so sweet and loving. The quality of care is great. She fell one time and hit her head. They called the ambulance to have her checked at the hospital. A wonderful point is the Piedmont Monroe Hospital is 2-3 minutes away.
