Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. I was impressed with the general atmosphere. The sales director, [name removed] answered all my questions.

I have had a wonderful experience with the director of sales [name removed] at Green Oaks Senior Living. He is caring and understanding regarding my mom’s recent decision to move from her home to this Independent living facility. He has helped make this difficult decision easier.

[Name Removed]..very nice...very knowledgeable about the property and the units she would be showing us. The property itself is very impressive...very clean, plenty of natural light...very welcoming. The amenities and schedule of things to do is almost overwhelming, if you can't find something to please you, you're not looking. The sample menu looks like we could be interesting. And the residents said the food was delicious. All in all, #1/#2 on our list of possible future residences. Looking forward to revisit.…

I recently toured Green Oaks looking for a 1 bedroom independent living unit for my Mom. I was able to see several different units with different sizes and views. They were all very nice, clean and well maintained. There is a lot of natural light in the common areas, everything is clean and well maintained.

I like the space, the activities, and the overall cleanliness. Many residents, however, have expressed concerns about the quality of the food. The employees themselves are great and very caring. Unfortunately, the administrative front office is disappointing, with slow response times and a lack of follow-through. Overall, the main issue is the front office—once you sign on the dotted line, the follow-through tends to be poor.
