Everything was great in terms of getting her in. Once there they realized that her level of care was not adequate so they moved her up to assisted living in the second week. That was our main headache. They refunded us for services that were not provided, with Corso Care. Other than that, she is doing quite well. The experience overall was fine once she was moved into assisted living. Obviously that changed the cost. [name removed], the director of, is outstanding. Same with the facility staff.
