PositiveThey are wonderful caring kind people. Food is great all home made. Staff are very kind with residents. Comfortable warm friendly staff. Clean. No harsh words always smiling. I check out a lot of other facilities prior to putting my brother there. This place is where I want to go to should I have to. Cost was reasonable.

PositiveThe food is home cooked and tasty. My loved one enjoys eating and if he wants more of anything they give it to him, especially cookies. They affectionately call him the Cookie Monster. The facility is clean. The staff are wonderful and treat the residents with care, comforting smiles and are very kind. They speak to all of the residents always polite, attending to their needs. My loved one is very happy there and he is thriving.

PositiveThe nurses and attendants were just SO warm and communicative. I felt it was an exceptionally loving place and they treated my loved one with good nature , respect and affection. We picked this community, because it was near to home. Greenfield felt homey, grandparents'-house vibe, not like an institution. There were three dozen residents, and a lot of caregivers, so the place felt reasonably bustling and sociable. There was enough activity to make the place feel alive. I would recommend it to others!

PositiveThey are generally trying to make the residents happy. They really do try with caring staff. It is warm and loving, the care givers are very personal and they communicate very well. The management was also very communicative and responsive. A lot of interface with us, that was just fabulous. They went the extra mile, they always felt loving and very personal.
