★★★★★
PositiveStaff/quality of care was excellent, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. Apartment size was fine for our needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.
★★★★★
CriticalTribute at One Loudoun- it is a nice place, clean, friendly sales people. The food is decent. There were a few challenges with nursing staff and making sure they could accommodate my dad with his medical needs, but once we got that sorted out, things went well.
★★★★★
CriticalThey need to put a better transition team in place. My mom's adjustment was very difficult. I had no idea what to expect and it would have been helpful for a bit more assistance getting her settled. Also don't move in around the holidays or staffing transitions. There weren't enough people on staff for a time.
★★★★★

PositiveMy father is receiving great care. Everyone is friendly . Place is clean. Team is responsive with any needs. We started in memory care with my mother who passed away in July. Staff was hands on and caring
★★★★★
PositiveI thought the facility and the staff were excellent. My mom's was a unique situation because she is pretty much 100% deaf so it was difficult to communicate at times but they did a good job while she was there.
