Review for Tribute at One Loudoun by Cogir

Staff/quality of care was excellent, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. Apartment size was fine for our needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Tribute at One Loudoun

Tribute at One Loudoun- it is a nice place, clean, friendly sales people. The food is decent. There were a few challenges with nursing staff and making sure they could accommodate my dad with his medical needs, but once we got that sorted out, things went well.

Review for Tribute at One Loudoun

They need to put a better transition team in place. My mom's adjustment was very difficult. I had no idea what to expect and it would have been helpful for a bit more assistance getting her settled. Also don't move in around the holidays or staffing transitions. There weren't enough people on staff for a time.

The staff really is very dedicated. They went out of their way to help my dad. I also saw that they went out of their way to help one of our family friends who had a neurological disease and was losing cognitive capability. And you could see them take the time to work with them on the simple skills of walking, using utensils and working with them on their memory. They were very patient with my dad who is very frustrated as he was at the beginning of dementia and losing some control of his everyday life. One of the

Excellent facility

I thought the facility and the staff were excellent. My mom's was a unique situation because she is pretty much 100% deaf so it was difficult to communicate at times but they did a good job while she was there.
