PositiveIt was small and the staff was attentive. The food was good and the castle room was wonderful.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mother is very happy there. We chose Greenwood Place because of the size of it. It's not that big and my mother is so confused that I thought she would not do well if the place was too big. I also chose it because although they don't have memory care, they said they rarely lose someone to memory care because they keep the resident as long as they can feed themselves and they are not a wanderer.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat facility. Very caring staff members. Facility is very clean, staff very gentle and caring, many activities to entertain residents, food very good.

PositiveOverall, this facility has been good and I have no objections about anything here. I do like the people that I have met here at this facility. I did notice that they had a lot of turnover with the administration, I don't know if that's indicative of anything. My loved one is a picky eater, but from what I've seen the food is okay. They do have an exercise class that my loved one participates in, which I'm happy about. I think I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

PositiveThis community was a fine place. The tour was great but did not allow my loved one to smoke without a long distance walk to get to the smoking area. It was more expensive than what we were looking for.
