Our community, located in Mankato, Minn., in a residential neighborhood just west of Lake Dorothy Park, offers an engaging social life that will pull you away from the TV and into card and board games, happy hour socials, fitness classes, art and other creative projects, lively meals, fun outings and anything else that you want to do. We understand that moving into a new apartment can be challenging, so we’re here to help. You can choose your apartment — either a suite or deluxe suite — based on your needs. All have kitchenettes and large windows to let in plenty of natural light. Bring your own furniture, photos and cherished keepsakes to furnish and decorate your apartment in your own unique style. Do you have a furry, four-legged friend? Bring it along. We’re very pet friendly and would love to welcome it into our community! Our home is as warm and cozy as your own home, with the fireside living room, an inviting dining room and other cozy, home-like common areas. They’re perfect spots to visit with friends and neighbors or settle in with a good book.
