Would not recommend

The staff during the day we're good. The evening staff were under trained and not supervised at all where it came down to where my wife was in intimate danger, and we had to move from the facility.

Waters Edge was a very comfortable, friendly place. My sister was happy there.

My sister [name removed] experience at Waters Edge was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind. The facility was welcoming and comfortable. [name removed] had a wonderful view of the lake from her room and liked watching the wildlife.

Safe and caring place for a loved one

The facility is wonderful in how it is laid out. All rooms are single rooms with a shared common area and open kitchen/dining area on each floor. The building sits on a secluded lot with a large pond in the back and lots of trees. Sightings of wildlife (deer, rabbits, geese, birds) occur often. My mom (who has memory loss and dementia) has been there for a year. We have had an administration and staff turnover already. The staff who work with the residents are great. Review

We found a small facility for mom. It seems to be a good fit for her and our family. Everyone is friendly and I feel they genuinely care about the residents and want to provide support to them and their family members.

Very good facility

The staff is very nice. They take good care of my mother in law. They always have a smile and hello how are you doing? Every time I come to visit. They have a lot of different activities during the week.

Overall a nice friendly environment

My mom and my mother in-law have lived here for 3 years. They both felt very at home here. Unfortunately my mother in law passed this year at 102. Everyone here really helped with the loss of my mothers best friend
