Except the price a little high and difficult for those who are only getting social security (my husband and I are making up the difference for mom). Mom not so crazy about the food it's been a hit or miss. Staff is very helpful Advance notice when meds are low Laundry is done individually Many activities and common areas

As a neighbor, I have concerns for the safety of residents at Hampshire Home. Residents have escaped the facility and shown up at our house which is a hundred yards through the woods next to a steep gorge. Anytime we have gone to the facility to discuss with them, there is no one around. You can walk into the facility without getting acknowledged and walk around at your leisure. We have had to seek out staff in order to talk to someone. They no longer have a sign near the roadway, so medical services and visitors s…

Perfect place for my uncle!

Initially, my uncle was moved to Hampshire House by a skilled nursing facility. While suffering from dementia, he was able to absolutely thrive at the Hampshire House. They ensured he was safe, medicated and well fed. They also coordinated his health care visits and made sure he attended them. Our family was incredibly grateful for the compassionate care our uncle received at this facility. Highly recommended!

Felt like home

The staff is very friendly and made my mom feel welcome from day 1. My mom likes that it is a relatively small facility and she had gotten to know several of the other residents. She commented when we first visited that it felt like home.

Great place with Welcoming and inviting staff.

This establishment is great. I have not found a group of staff that are more helpful or nice. I received an abundance of information for easy comfortable conversation. The entire facility was clean and fresh.

Happiness at the Hampshire House

I stopped by the Hampshire House to visit a friend. As I passed through a sitting room with many of the residents, I was greeted with laughter and smiles! They were waiting for a singing group to come in to entertain them. They were enjoying each other's company and having a great afternoon. Many of the staff also came by and were all so attentive and friendly. The residents seemed to genuinely love them. It made my heart happy when I left and I look forward to many more visits.
