PositiveMy mother had dementia and lived at Woodside Hall for 3 years and it was a blessed time. Mom’s cognitive and physical abilities steadily declined. They were with her every step of the way, including her peaceful end of life with hospice care. Woodside Hall had residents needing assistance for a variety of reasons The same level of support was given to all. They figured how to create a fun, family environment with staff and residents living together and supporting each other. It is a beautiful, clean setting, insid…

PositiveWoodside Hall was my grandma’s home for six years, and she truly thrived there. She was happy, comfortable, and deeply loved. What meant the most to our family was seeing her form real, meaningful friendships—not only with other residents, but with the staff as well. She was known by name, by personality, and by heart. Woodside Hall has a rare, family-like atmosphere you feel the moment you walk in. As a family-owned adult home, there is a warmth, consistency, and genuine care that goes far beyond basic services. …

PositiveI highly recommend Woodside Hall to anyone who is looking for a safe, welcoming home for an elderly family member who needs care. Before I found Woodside Hall, I searched high and low in my area for a good, secure environment for my mother who has dementia/Alzheimers' disease. Some places would not take her in due to her cognitive decline, but Woodside Hall has always been so welcoming and wonderful. I know that she is getting the individualized care and attention she needs at a very reasonable rate. Woodside H…

PositiveWoodside Hall provided a home for my 93 year old mother for a year and a half. When it was decided that she could no longer live alone, we contacted Woodside. [name removed], of management, led us on a tour of the facility. The atmosphere and cleanliness was what got our attention at first. The pleasant attitude of all the staff kept us there. What we really appreciated was the communication. They kept us up to date on events, any issues and most importantly, on how my mother was doing. Unfortunately, mom passed aw…

PositiveHello, to anyone who is thinking of a possible home for a loved one. I would like to tell you a little about Woodside Hall and my Mom. When the time came that she needed a little more help, she moved into Woodside Hall. For a while before becoming a resident of Woodside Hall, she had become withdrawn and quiet. But very quickly becoming happier than she had been in a long time. I believe the reason is that the staff and care givers are as close to family as they can be. It is a warm, safe and friendly environment w…

PositiveMy mother lived at Woodside Hall till she was 104. She loved it there and called it home. During her years at Woodside, she was treated with such kindness, love and compassion. When we visited, we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed both the staff and residents. The food was always delicious and the dining room was so cheerful. My mother loved games, especially Bingo and Trivial Pursuit (which was geared for her generation), and there were so many cool prizes to choose from. My mother's collection of small, bing…
