Clean and safe home

I would give this place 5 stars because I do think it is a very good value but I did have two issues. The first issue seems to have resolved itself but it had to do with one of the caregivers. It was pretty apparent from the beginning that she did not like her job. She wasn't very nice to the patients, and in one instance she told one patient who complained of being in pain that she was faking. That type of behavior is unacceptable if you are caring for the sick and elderly. I was glad to see she was removed after …

This was the FIRST Board & Care we visited (with several negative pre-conceived notions). However, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The house was clean, in a good neighborhood, had a good floorplan, and the care-givers and residents were all very pleasant. [Removed] was AMAZING. More activities please!

The staff and the community are wonderful. The meals are good and they provide a good portion for my loved one. The only thing that I would like to change is that they do not do a good job about the activities. They have plenty, but they do not try and get the residents involved. I would recommend the community though.

Nice atmosphere

he bridging love II in Hemet, CA is a newer place. The place is nice and their staff are very nice and helful. Other residence are nice too.. the atmosphere is friendly and warm. They offer games and boards and activities outdoors. I am no longer here, because I moved to Austin.

They have been very good and attentive to my mother's needs. They are good about making sure she gets to the doctors appointments, they arrange and accompany her to the appointments. They make things convenient for you. I feel very comfortable with her being here, communication can be a little slow, they don't always get back to you right away, but they always keep me informed of what's going on.
