I would rank all categories at 4 except for # 4. Staff is IN transition right now. Person who handled things left and his assistant is handing things and she seems overwhelmed. FOOD is planned by community members for activities and doesn't address different dietary needs. Overall this is a good place for independent living and a good value. for cost. Services and activities are good and fun. Over all I would rate it at a 4.Staff is friendly, residents are friendly and we all help each other. This last week we had …

Constant turnover with assistant manager. Something is wrong here. The new hire doesn't stay. The last one we had left within two weeks. We the residents don't like the constant change.

It is well kept and clean there is a bay of activities, however the never the new building manager and his office staff are not as engaged as the previous manager and her team... the new manager and team can be a little off putting
