CriticalBeautiful facility but poor staff follow through
Mom moved into Harbor Chase in early November 2025. She is functional but has a short term memory issue. She lives in a one bedroom apartment. We pay extra for medication administration and escorts to meals and activities. She is also supposed to get assistance twice a week with a shower. I have had multiple communications with nursing staff and administration that if mom refuses a shower, meds or activities they are to call me in real time so I can have a quick conversation with her and talk her into what need to…

Absolute chaos at this facility, which is outrageously priced. I will be moving my parent out of here as soon as feasible. Do NOT recommend for your loved one. They do not give you a handbook. They do not integrate your parent into the community.

My Mom moved into the assisted living section but as her health declined we moved her into The Cove. We feel mom is getting the best care possible as there are eyes on her 24 hours a day. The staff does a great job keeping the residents entertained and stimulated. I visit everyday and see firsthand how much the staff cares.
