PositiveHarborChase felt like a "cruise ship on land". It was very clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of open space. The movie theater, physical therapy, dining opportunities, beauty salon/spa, and library were more than expected. Outdoor spaces were open and well kept. The memory care unit, called The Cove, was very pleasant. Services offered and staffing seemed to be what I would want for my mother.

PositiveShout out to [name removed] in maintenance for her kind help with my mom when her tv wasn't working. She spent time checking all cables and reset router then returned to make sure everything was OK. I really appreciate her care with my mom and how she calmed her down and sat with her. The food is good with two main course choices for lunch and dinner. There are optional outings. There is a gym with equipment for PT and OT. There are PT's, OT's, and speech therapists onsite.
