★★★★★
CriticalWe have not had a good experience with HarborChase. They did not tend to [name removed]'s needs. Especially his medications. We have moved him to a private care situation as a trial. It seems that he needs more attention than traditional assisted living can provide.
★★★★★
PositiveBeautiful facility. The location was just outside of Palm Coast in a rural setting. Just minutes from the main hub. I liked the layout of the one bedroom as it had a bedroom door that separates the main living room from the bedroom. So many dining choices. Tons of activities to choose from. Boredom will not be in your vocabulary! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing was in line with other upscale facilities. I liked the meet and greet at the beginning to get an overview of what we we looking for. While a lot …

Positivemy father was in the memory care and we were just really appreciative of the cleanliness the shift change communication also enrollment was easy and clear and precise. sadly, my father ended up only being there for three weeks because his heart gave out on him, but I can't speak highly enough of the facility. The price was very, very reasonable maybe because it had just changed hands and they were trying to fill, but it was still affordable. Felt like I was driving up to a country club and the staff just were all…

CriticalWe chose Harbor Chase based on our limited knowledge of facilities despite doing extensive research. We were moving my father to a facility for the first time. He has Parkinson’s and his dementia had worsened quickly. We had many concerns and each one was addressed by [name removed], the sales agent. This was within 3 miles of his home making visiting easy. It was a small facility so we figured he would get more care. They also touted an ECC license. We were pressured into signing before the end of the year to guar…

PositiveHarbor Chase welcomed my father with open arms. We appreciated the help from A Place for Mom and Gentiva Hospice. The intake process with admissions and nursing was seamless. The care, food, and activities were exceptional. The memory wing kept the residents together and truly engaged. All of the staff were caring and leadership was transparent. The staff was also amazing at end of life. My dad was not there long before his heart gave out, but while there he participated in the activities.
★★★★★
CriticalThey were awful I had to take my mom out after 2 weeks. That memory care unit should be shut down. Management is horrible. The staff mistreated her, stole her medicines, left her alone for hours, and, didn't bath her. I brought her home on Hospice and mom passed away in Feb.
