This profile ensures that individuals receive services and programs designed specifically for them. Our experienced caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide services, which include medication management, assistance with daily living activities, ambulatory and diabetic care, and other individualized services. On-site therapy is also available for those in need of rehabilitation. HarborChase of Riverwalk features two unique memory care neighborhoods — The Sound and The Cove. The Sound focuses on caring for those in the transitional stages of memory loss, while The Cove specializes in more advanced stages of dementia.
