The staff are wonderful! Upbeat, supportive, caring. The apartment is fine for size, and the balcony is an added extra. The food is pretty heavy and bland. She's always been slim, and she's gained a concerning amount of weight since moving there. I know there is a revamped menu in the works, but since the residents choose their meals, I'm not sure that will change things. The care has been fabulous. She has gained weight which she desperately needed. She is in memory care and seems to really love the staff.

People taking things from the room of my sister in law. Her cell phone was missing. I had to purchase 3 chargers. My sister in law said the food was good. I am not sure which one of the staff is taking things from her room. It is very clean there. Doors on back door 1st floor should be closed. There is space between the doors that will allow small animals in Harmony Assisted Living.

CriticalHandling of controlled medications
My mother in love is a resident at this facility and she has been having problems with her medications. The pharmacy will send her meds over but the facility will lose them or cannot find them. These are opioids that are needed for pain management. They need some type of oversite with their handeling of scheduled medication.

Unfortunately my love one passed away in November 2025. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. Frequent check ins with the resident are needed. More accessibility of Director if needed. We never met the director until my uncle passed away. The nursing staff were nice. The aides were not friendly, patient, nor consistent with is daily care at times.
