They put in the wrong account no. For my bank to withdrawal my rent then charged me a late fee of [Amount Removed]. They put the wrong no. In 4 times and then threaten to evict me if I didn't pay the last month's rent in 7 days. I had talked with the business office and the man in charged had said he would let me know if there was a problem but all I got was the eviction notice. Also there is a new kitchen manager and most of the help have left (she claims she didn't fire any of them). The food has gone done hill a…

Very happy with the overall appearance of Harmony. Very upscale with furnishings and always clean. My father receives very good care for the most part. Harmony is experiencing staffing issues with dining hall staff and aides. They are currently interviewing applicants for all positions. It is taking some time as expected but staff that is available are helping out in whatever area necessary. If my parents have any issues, I feel very comfortable and confident I can speak with person in charge and they help to resol…

5 on all questions. My sister is now there and is very happy. I've visited a few times and found the residents I've met very friendly and happy to be there. I've had a lunch and a dinner there and the food was very good & the social aspects of the dining room were excellent.
