Good fit

1-5 2-5 3-5 4-5 5-5 6-5 I guess I've never eaten there, but [name removed] hasn't complained to me 7-4 [name removed] complained that the puzzles had missing pieces, so I had to go out and buy her some. She feels the puzzles need to be replaced. 8-5 would like to see a review on [name removed]. She really loves the place and we think she is doing well.No real issue with the staff other than we were under the impression that We would receive a 30day update/ review on how [name removed] was doing .

Harmony, a homelike experience.

The staff very loving and caring. Place is clean and run excellently. Our only complaint was it was difficult to obtain a in house primary care doctor in a timely. Manner for those needing regular weekly medical attention like medication orders and stuff. I also want to mention of the wonderful physical therapists that worked with mother.

Do not place a loved one here.

Horrible. They do not care for the residents. They don't keep them dry. They administer meds they shouldn't be on. They let residents smoke in the building.

Attentive staff

The nursing staff is very friendly and kind to the residents and courteous to friends and family. They also see that mom gets showered twice a week and they put lotion on her and dry her hair. However, I do believe that they could use more help! The most needy residents, including my mom, cannot get as much assistance as they need. She is on O2 for COPD and has vascular dementia. There are enough activities. My mom enjoys BINGO and I have been sitting with her to help her because she some- times gets off track. …

this was our 1st visit to any senior living facility. With that being said, overall, the site is very accommodating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the only thing I would suggest is to put a fence around the property.

A Good Choice

+The facility is very clean compared to others I have visited and the staff and residents are very friendly. Most of the staff overall are supportive and encouraging -They have often been short staffed and therefore my mother does not receive the level 5 care she has been told she requires. They have been increasing their staff and so this is improving. There has been an almost complete turnover of upper level staff.
