They have had frequent turnover when it comes to the staffing. With the meals she's picky, but getting use to it. There is always plenty to do, but she doesn't want to participate. I would love it there!! I didn't do a cost comparison with other places, as they wanted to stay in Hartland. I think she (resident) would have positive feelings/comments and would recommend HP. I have taken a few people there to show them the place and it doesn't meet the needs of their loved ones.

They feel they should be taking their pills at the same time as when they were at home and not at the "random" times distributed now. The pill passers can be short sometimes (3 rating). The care givers have been great! Very helpful and accommodating. (5 rating). [name removed] and [name removed] say they have too much chicken. Once again, meals are different than what they've been eating for YEARS, so I think once they get use …
