Our Pathways Program serves our Memory Care residents and is designed to meet the dynamic needs of families and seniors navigating Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. New management at Hawkins Creek has changed conditions quite a bit. Aides are not attentive to patients, rooms are not cleaned, and clothes disappear. One med aide was was rude. I watched them sit down and talk ignoring patients. Only a few of the experienced aides would even talk to visitors. Very disappointed for the price

My mom was here for over a year. They did not fill her necessary medications and we saw her anxiety increase and her cognitively decline. We addressed it with the administrator who said, “go ahead and call the state”. He also raised our rate heartlessly.

PositiveThe Right Choice
We are very pleased! Initially the price is what made us choose Hawkins Creek. It wasn't the least expensive but wasn't the highest price. The feel of the place fits my mother in laws lifestyle. Staff is easily accessible when I need to speak with them.

During the tour, [name removed], the Director was personable, but not too much of a salesman. I also like that he didn't follow up too often after the tour. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Also very easily accessible. I would absolutely recommend Hawkins Creek to others looking.

PositiveDaddy is Really Happy
I am very blessed to have my loved one here. They take great care of them. I feel compassion from the staff. The staff communication with the family is very good, and they keep us update with any questions or concerns about our loved one. Some of the apartments have kitchens depending on the area of the community you are in. The community does provide three meals a day for the residents.
