PositiveWe would rate a 5 for all of them. Hawthorne Court has been an excellent location for my mother-in-law. We have seen a great deal of change in her abilities and happiness. The level of stimulation provided at the facility is excellent. The staff is all very friendly and positive. The administration has been hands-on and very welcoming. We are very pleased with her care. She is happy at this Hawthorn.

CriticalI was hopeful that things would be better than the last place we were at, but the food is absolutely not quality. The care seems to be OK but we have an outside caregiver giving one on one attention for 10 hours a day still.

CriticalMy loved one is blind so consequently I could not give Activities a high rating since the facility is not equipped to provide the necessary activities to keep him active. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, but with a warning to maintain realistic expectations.

PositiveHawthorn Court has so many different activities and fun things for their memory care residents. They are Montessori inspired and that really makes a difference to our family. They do outings and give the residents a purpose while still maintaining a safe and secure community.

PositiveThe staff are so great at getting to know the residents and all of their needs. You can really feel the friendships that are formed with the staff and the residents. They try very hard to find unique engagement opportunities for their residents and it shows on the faces of everyone there!
