Amazing staff. They know the residents and they are always helpful if you have questions for them. They always have something fun going on. We thought it was an amazing place and didn't expect what they offered. Main area spotless. The memory Ward area was clean but odors. That might not can be helped on that side though .All staff was amazing from kitchen staff all the way through to the recreation specialist. My father needed assistance with showering, and attendant put wet clothes & towels in hamper. We felt it would have been better to allow them to dry on towel bar, or side of hamper. My mother would move them to dry when she came to visit. The toilet was always messy, and we felt it should have been cleaned more often. Facility itself was older, but kept very nice.
