Found facility very pleasant, clean and staff friendly. Rooms were nice size and have homey feeling.

Right now Heartfields is undergoing a management change. My mom was on a waiting list for a room. People are nice but management is in disarray.

Putting forth a good effort but room for improvement!

Staff is friendly. Community is in a great ( quiet ) location. Just the right number of residents that staff knows everyone's name. Poor communication is an issue ( ie: sorting out meds, day staff knowing what night staff is doing, etc.) On site PCP had been very difficult to communicate with and not enough staff, in general.

Nice community and staff

The staff was very helpful and stayed in contact with me, I live in Montana. When I first went there couldn't believe how clean and new it looked. Room was very nice and clean. I visited Dad every day when I got back. Was happy, but would have liked to be home, but that couldn't happen. I am very pleased with the service and how they treated Dad. I would like to comment on Hospice, a wonderful group of people. Still call me and ask if I'm doing ok.

Excellent!!!

My 91 year old mother moved to Heartfield’s Assisted Living this past June. She had been in her house for over 60 years, and always said she would never move. So this was a BIG move for us all. Everything about Heartfield’s is first rate! The place is beautiful, the food is fantastic, but the best part is the caring staff! Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to us all, and I really credit the people there for making this such an easy adjustment for my mom. Almost every day, she says she is so glad she moved! On…

My mom is happy there

The friendliness of the staff and the activities both get a 5++. HeartFields has very nice and people are friendly and we would absolutely recommend them to other families!
