PositiveThe Director, was very kind and sensitive to the needs of my brother who we were trying to find a suitable assisted living care. The tour was very well planned and we were very pleased with the place. The only reason we went elsewhere was because I am his sole remaining sibling and I live in Florida. My brother does not want to leave the area so moving to Florida was not an option. This facility was very nice but didn't have availability for approximately 30 days. What we like the most about the community is the way the staff care for the residents. The home like environment. Spacious rooms. Yes, we would recommend the community to others, however the only reservation I have would be the cost and how the medical staff responded to condition changes

The staff are very friendly and they have really good activities planned for the residence. Communication was a struggle so it affected care. No one called me when a problem arose. I would recommend them, but not for those with dementia.
