In January, rates increased significantly with no apparent improvements in services or amenities to justify the added cost. The facility continues to accept new residents without hiring adequate medical staff to support the growing demand, leaving an otherwise excellent care team stretched thin. They were available at the moment the price was reasonable and the place looks great. The only thing back then. I believe they didn't have enough caregivers on the floor. Sometimes we saw one person taking care of at least 12 to 14 patients

The facility is beautiful. Brand new, high end amenities. Daily schedule full of things to do. Welcoming and friendly staff. They knew all of our names by the second day. They are also all very accessible if we have questions or feedback. Residents are very nice too. Food quality is excellent.
