Great facility, except food

We chose this facility because it was close to family and we really like that! This is a great facility, except for the food - there was rice and chicken for every meal. The food got old eating the same thing all of the time.

it is very nice

When it comes to the meals and dining service, they serve to much rice. However, The Hearthstone is very nice. They love their room. The other people are nice to visit with. The activities are fun. The food is the only complaint.

Wonderful experience. The owner is on residence not a paid manager. The staff are very nice and professional. I am glad my mother is in a residence that are so devoted to her care.

Hearthstone Manor review

Our family has had a great experience so far with Hearthstone Manor. I love the people there especially the owners. He is extremely nice and stays there onsite so anytime we have an issue or concern he is on top of it right away, he is very helpful and easy to talk to. It is a great community.

This community was a lot smaller than we were looking for. We did not feel like the people were as friendly and we didn't feel like our loved one would have an opportunity to socialize. Also all they had were studios avail at the time and we wanted a one or two bedroom.

I would recommend

We chose Hearthstone Manor because it was recommended to me by a nurse that said it was a good place. The room sizes here were good. It was helpful to have them, especially at a time when you cannot totally take care of your loved ones. I would recommend to others looking.
