1. Ambassador needs not ask the resident to take a tour on first day of moving in! He asked 3 times, resident was exhausted and had to say no each time, not cool. Due ongoing issues with food and delivery of it promise made and promises not kept. The staff are friendly price is better than others but the FOOD needs improvement example no menus for today at all food delivery is not good often times desert is offered because of the lag in getting food orders delivered timely

I enjoyed [Name Removed} very much. She’s very knowledgeable. I really liked the facility. It seemed clean and the residents seemed happy. I chose to purchase a home now and will definitely recommend you to anyone that is looking for senior living

[Name removed] was very kind and showed patience with my 92 yr old mother . We enjoyed nice lunch. [name removed] answered every question. The facility is clean and spacious and the activity list is full!

Great place for mom to be independent and be able to gain new friends. The staff was very supportive and helpful very friendly. We were invited for dinner two nights in a row. Although the rent is doable my concern is the 5-6% yearly rent increase. We’re excited to my mom into her new home.

We needed to find a place for Mom she was living with us here in Meridian, however it proved to be more challenging in a blended family environment consisting of me and my wife my wife’s Mom our daughter and husband with a baby on the way along with several animals. Well mom wasn’t prepared for that big of a change she needed her independence back and I believe this is the place she’s going to find it. The people living there practically sold it to us!
