1. Ambassador needs not ask the resident to take a tour on first day of moving in! He asked 3 times, resident was exhausted and had to say no each time, not cool. Maybe set some policies/expectations for them to be patient in their approach, especially on move in day. 2. Great first and second lunch tour with [name removed]! Due ongoing issues with food and delivery of it promise made and promises not kept. The staff are friendly price is better than others but the FOOD needs improvement example no menus for today at all food delivery is not good often times desert is offered because of the lag in getting food orders delivered timely
