We enjoyed having lunch during our visit and appreciated the opportunity to see other residents dining as well. I’d give this place an overall mixed review. Some areas are improving, while others still need attention. The administrative team at the front desk has been consistently excellent—friendly, helpful, and responsive. Unfortunately, the general staff experience hasn’t been as strong, and there’s definitely room for improvement there. Dining has been a challenge over the past year. We acknowledge the turnover in culinary leadership, prompted by the promotion of our Chef to Associate Executive Director. Across so many lines, we’re proud to give evidence in our pursuit of excellence. Earlier this year we rolled out a new onboarding program to strengthen team culture and retention. We revised our move-in process to increase engagement from all departments with residents in their first months of residency. Positive, supportive environment for my Dad

My dad is doing well at Morningstar. They responded quickly and compassionately recently as I discovered that my dad needed more support. It has made my life calmer that I don't have to worry that Dad can't manage all of his own daily activities.
