About Heritage at Vizcaya Heritage at Vizcaya is a 55+ community located in Round Rock, Texas. This 632 single-family home neighborhood developed and built by Taylor Morrison is part of the larger master-planned all-ages Vizcaya community that will have 1,200 homes upon completion.
