I have been living at Heritage Creek Assisted Living for almost 4 years now. Not thrilled about moving into an assisted living facility but it became my home. The staff is so loving, supportive and caring. It really feels like a big family and I am blessed to call my home.

Look no further. This is the place.....

This is the place for your loved one. Our mother was at another facility that closed down and we moved her here. She is getting better! due to their staff, environment, and approach with music!!! It is beautiful and AMAZINGLY CLEAN. This is a family business. The owners, who are wondefrul people, work in and on the business along with the great staff. Make this your first choice.

Best Assisted Living in town!

My 97 year old mom came to Heritage Creek Assisted Living with a fractured collarbone and broken hip. She also had multiple wounds on her body. She was wheelchair bound and in bad shape. After months of nurturing care, wound care, RN, LVN, CNA’s and Psych-services. All in conjunction with PT and OT. She walked out of Heritage in excellent shape. Heritage Creek is a place where people that work there actually care about their residents. The Administrator is always going above and beyond to accommodate the residents and their needs. She runs her community’s with love and compassion and her staff follows suit. My mom bounced around to three different Assisted Living’s in town. Don’t expect to choose your meal preference

This facility advertises chef prepared meals yet once your a captive resident they don’t honor meal choices that’s if your lucky enough to even see a menu to choose from. Everybody gets the same thing whether you like it or not. They also don’t always provide off menu items when you try to choose something. False advertising !! They have a huge staff turnover constantly needing help to hire. There’s clearly a very good reason they can’t keep hired help ! They incorrectly submit wrong move out dates to the Long Term…

It was a beautiful facility; however, the activities were minimal, and there were no bus outings offered at all. Their response as to why was that they, of course, stopped during Covid, and they chose to never start them up again. Heritage is a family owned and operated facility. From that, we understood they have that right to make those decisions. However, we felt that would keep Mom more confined, especially if we were not able to take her ourselves at times.
