Facilities are a little run down. Room sizes are nice. Everything is clean. Meals are good. Staff is very nice, helpful, accommodating and usually on top of issues, if any arise. Social events are good. Rent expense is very equivalent to what is offered at the facility.

[name removed] (sales) was a pleasure, however I had to request the contract multiple times, the few days before move-in. Once I received it, there were three discrepancies, according to what we were told. [name removed] told us the doorbell on the west door would be repaired ASAP. It never was. I had to ask for Mom's laundry to be washed 3 times, before it finally was for the first time, on day 15 of her stay. Everyone is cordial and pleasant at Hidden Lakes... With that said , due to the long distance costly move site unseen and not being better informed of the facility, ( no one to blame but myself, ) leaving me with no realistic options of relocating once again... The constant, relentless noise of the small planes overhead and trains running through the night , does not allow a moment of peace... A business is a business, but a senior living community, you would think , would warrant a somewhat more peaceful ambian…

It's an older community with well kept Villas, beautiful landscaping and they mow the lawns. I'm happy here. A bit pricey. Close to Atlantic Ocean, shops and US One and Interstate 95. Also close to a small busy airport.
