Don't yell at your residents and be kind to their families

My Mother complained that they yelled at the residents too much. She kept asking us to come and get her and said she will start walking if we don't. She has not made such a statement, since we moved her to her new facility over a year ago.

Nope!

eek... seek another home for your loved ones. This place lacks compassion and empathy for the elderly and the staff are very unfriendly [removed]. I've been there about 7 times and never met the Owner ever. Which is allowing the employees to be rude and get away with it.

This is a wonderful facility to place your loved one. The staff is very inviting, caring and loving towards the residents. Residents are treated like family and are kept very clean and tidy. I love this place couldn't ask for a better place.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received from the Manager per my last visit. As I attempted to ask questions the manager at the time [name removed] began spouting Obscene language towards me with my child in the room. As I kept my composure and kept quite that only infuriated her more and the residence began to watch as she embarrassed herself furthermore. Better than home

This is the most wonderful place. It broke my heart to have to move my sister here but then discovered she loves this place more than home. Thank you to all the great employees who are now family.

This community has a nice outdoor space for the residents. It is closer to us and larger than the community dad is currently living in. He would have his own room and bathroom. They offer a lot of activities and the staff are helpful and friendly.
