As a smaller community, we get to know each resident on a personal level and are able to support each person as an individual. Upon admission, we assess and work with the resident, their family and physician(s), to create a tailored care plan. Our community also offers on-site medical services through our network of healthcare professionals, including medical physicians, podiatrists, therapists, and hospice care staff. We can even coordinate and schedule residents’ medical appointments. Across our lovely common areas, a popular gathering place on nice days is around our beautifully landscaped courtyards, where residents, family, and friends enjoy stimulating conversations and relaxing in the great outdoors. We also offer many other common areas for gaming, dining, socializing, activities, and events — all for residents' enjoyment.
