PositiveThey offer a variety of activities and weekly outings that keep residents engaged. The facility is always clean, and unlike some others I've visited, I've never noticed any unpleasant odors. The cost is also a bit more affordable than comparable places, which is especially helpful when living on a fixed income.

PositiveConsiders your love ones' needs, open to communication as a means for best care, willing to modify and change personal care plan as needed when resident's health requires such, a personal camera in residents room is allowed with family agreement to follow facility regulations, Highlands will pull multiple staff together when needed to accommodate care of residents for example if a two person assist is part of care plan.
